Beltrame, 14%Yellow with light green reflections. Intense, delicate and floral, citrusy with light elder hints. Great texture, persistent. The aromas are floral with some spices and fresh herbs. Long finish. Great for an aperitiv. The freshness makes this Sauvignon easily paired with sushi and light cooked fish dishes. Fantastic with vegetable soups.
Roero Arneis DOCG, Piemonte
Fenocchio, 13%
A light pale yellow with a soft but complex fragrance, hints of hinting broom, chamomile and fresh fruit. The flavour is pleasantly tangy, full and persistent. Great as an aperitif. Pairs nicely with saucy dishes and grilled fish.
Rosso Riserva Colli Euganei DOC 2015
Vignalta, 14%
A classic Bordeaux-style blend (60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon), with exemplary balance between its fruit and tannins. French oak barrel for 24 months, aging in bottles for at least 6 months.
Langhe Nebbiolo Fenocchio 2018
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections and an intense and fruity bouquet of plum and cherry. The flavour is dry with good body, well balanced tannins and harmonious hints of liquorice, rose and tar.
