Yellow with light green reflections. Intense, delicate and floral, citrusy with light elder hints. Great texture, persistent. The aromas are floral with some spices and fresh herbs. Long finish. Great for an aperitiv. The freshness makes this Sauvignon easily paired with sushi and light cooked fish dishes. Fantastic with vegetable soups.
